In Chair Yoga, the mat is replaced by a supportive chair that allows you to stay stabilized. Many people with physical challenges, osteoarthritis, joint pain, and mobility issues feel intimidated by traditional mat yoga. Chair Yoga will focus more on how to gently open up your stiff joints, strengthen your muscles, stretch your limbs and improve your posture
